1pm Lunch - Variety of salads with substance / Vegetable curry with brown rice
2 - 3pm Individual Remedial Massage
3-4pm Individual Remedial Massage
4:30pm Juice
Group Restorative Practice e.g. Trigger Point Self-massage

6pm Steamed vegetables & soup
6:30pm Discourse (Teaching by Ajahn Jayasaro)
